The move adds Kingformation's Dragon Force - Light Saga and Horng Shen's Rebel, two role-playing games first released in 1996 for the Super A'Can and other platforms.

The Super A'Can was manufactured by Funtech and released in 1995.
Built around the Motorola 68000 processor, the 2D-focused console arrived as 3D-capable systems such as the Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn were already entering global markets.
High pricing and strong competition led to commercial failure, and Funtech discontinued the console and shuttered operations in 1998.

In a public social media post, the company indicated it is working on a project involving these properties and later noted that a cartridge release on Evercade was not proceeding because Evercade declined that approach.
