Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition Announced for Nintendo Switch: Release Date, Pricing, and Content Details

Funko and Universal Products and Experiences have officially announced the upcoming launch of Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch, promising fans the most comprehensive package of the popular co-op action title to date.

This physical edition is developed by the UK-based 10:10 Games, in partnership with distributor U&I Entertainment, and aims to deliver a definitive gaming experience for both Funko Pop! enthusiasts and video game collectors. Funko Fusion originally debuted as a tribute to iconic NBCUniversal properties, uniquely brought to life through the signature style of Funko Pop! figurines.

The game is crafted as a cooperative action adventure, letting players either team up online or play solo as they journey through worlds inspired by more than 20 renowned franchises.

Notable universes included range from blockbuster films like Jurassic World, JAWS, Back to the Future, The Thing, Shaun of the Dead, and Chucky, to legendary TV series such as Battlestar Galactica, The Umbrella Academy, The Office, and Masters of the Universe. The newly announced Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch stands out as the "most complete release to date." This package features the base game alongside every piece of free downloadable content (DLC), as well as select paid DLC packs.

Included in the Deluxe Edition are The Office Cameo Pack, the Wicked Movie Packs Bundle, and Universal Monsters DLC packs.

These additions will allow fans to explore even more characters and storylines from the vast NBCUniversal roster, enhancing gameplay with extra missions, customization options, and exclusive content. A special bonus awaits those who pre-order the physical edition.

Early adopters will receive an exclusive character DLC from the Pop! Fantastik Plastik collection, offering unique customization for their in-game avatars.

Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition will be released at retail stores worldwide for Nintendo Switch on 22 August 2025, with a recommended price of £34.99 (approximately $39.99).
