Ridge Racer 64 Now Available on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack

Nintendo has officially added the Nintendo 64 classic racing game, Ridge Racer 64, to its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service, further expanding the lineup of beloved titles available to subscribers.

Developed by Nintendo Software Technology and originally launched in 2000 for the Nintendo 64, Ridge Racer 64 brings arcade racing thrills to a new generation of players and nostalgic fans via Nintendo’s portable home console, the Nintendo Switch. Ridge Racer 64 stands out as a memorable entry in the Ridge Racer series and offers players fast-paced action across three unique environments and a total of nine courses.

Players can dive directly into a variety of modes—Quick Play for immediate racing fun, Grand Prix to choose from available tracks and test their skills, Car Attack to compete for upgraded vehicles, and Time Attack to set and beat personal records.

Family memberships, which accommodate up to eight Nintendo Account holders, are priced at £31.49 ($34.99) per year.

The Expansion Pack, which is required to access the Nintendo 64 game library, is available as an upgrade: individual members pay £34.99 ($49.99) per year and families pay £59.99 ($79.99) annually.
