Nintendo of America has unveiled its official plans for E3 2017, promising an exciting week for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS fans with a lineup packed full of game reveals, live demonstrations, and competitive tournaments.
Taking place from June 13 to June 15, 2017, at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Nintendo’s showcase aims to highlight major upcoming titles for its popular hybrid console, the Nintendo Switch, alongside fan-favorite 3DS releases.
The festivities begin on Tuesday, June 13, at 9 a.m.
Pacific Time with the highly anticipated 'Nintendo Spotlight: E3 2017' video presentation.
This broadcast, which can be viewed live at e3.nintendo.com, will offer fresh details on key Nintendo Switch releases slated for 2017, with a particular focus on Super Mario Odyssey.
The game marks Mario’s return to a sandbox-style adventure, the first of its kind since the critically acclaimed Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine.
Immediately following the Spotlight presentation, Nintendo will host 'Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3,' a multi-day livestream event featuring live gameplay and developer commentary for a variety of titles.
The Treehouse sessions are accessible on Nintendo’s official E3 website, as well as their YouTube and Twitch channels.

Nintendo’s E3 schedule also features competitive gaming in the form of two major tournaments, both livestreamed from the show floor.
On June 13, the '2017 Splatoon 2 World Inkling Invitational' will see teams from the US, Japan, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand battling in the first-ever international Splatoon 2 tournament.
The next day, June 14, brings the '2017 ARMS Open Invitational,' spotlighting the upcoming ARMS fighting game for Nintendo Switch.
Both competitions will be streamed live, allowing fans globally to experience the action as it happens.
