He further added, "When examining when these players originally joined the Nintendo Switch family, we observe no specific period with higher migration rates.
Instead, consumers who joined between the launch of the original in 2017 through the arrival of Nintendo Switch 2 are migrating evenly."
The successful platform migration suggests high customer satisfaction with Nintendo’s hardware, software ecosystem, and services such as the eShop and Nintendo Direct presentations, which keep players engaged with the latest games and features.
