Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream Sweepstakes — My Nintendo April Rewards for Nintendo Switch Players

Nintendo's My Nintendo rewards program received an April 28, 2026 update highlighting a string of sweepstakes and new reward opportunities tied to its latest releases and partnerships.

Headlining the update is the My Nintendo Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream — Cozy Dream sweepstakes, which celebrates the new cozy island-simulation title and offers exclusive themed merchandise for entrants.

Cozy Dream sweepstakes and entry details

The Cozy Dream sweepstakes runs from 3:00 PM PT on April 14, 2026 through 11:00 PM PT on July 31, 2026.

Nintendo requires entrants to sign in with a Nintendo Account and redeem 10 My Nintendo Platinum Points per entry on the My Nintendo sweepstakes page.

Five winners will receive a Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream-themed prize bundle—cozy slippers (multiple sizes), a unisex hoodie (XS–3XL), and a themed water bottle—with a combined total approximate retail value (ARV) of $905 USD.

Eligibility is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States (and D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 13 years old; official rules and additional terms are published on Nintendo’s website.

Other active promotions

Nintendo’s April update also reminds members about two time-sensitive sweepstakes: the LEGO® Animal Crossing™ Creative New Year sweepstakes (ending April 30, 2026) and the SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ Super Mario™ Celebration sweepstakes, which runs through May 31, 2026 and awards a multi-park family trip prize.

A separate My Nintendo — Play On with GameTruck sweepstakes remains open through May 27, 2026, offering two winners a GameTruck party package.

Missions, Platinum Points and Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo reiterated that My Nintendo Platinum Points can be earned through Nintendo Switch Online missions and that points are redeemable for physical and digital rewards.

The company notes a Nintendo Account is required to receive and redeem points, and that paid Nintendo Switch Online members may use Platinum Points to claim profile icon elements for either a Nintendo Switch or a Nintendo Switch 2 system where supported.

Nintendo encourages members to check my.nintendo.com regularly for new rewards and mission opportunities.

What this means for players

For Nintendo Switch owners and rewards hunters, the April update consolidates several limited-time entry windows and reinforces the role of My Nintendo and Nintendo Switch Online in accessing exclusive merchandise and profile customization items.

All sweepstakes and reward redemptions are governed by official rules and regional eligibility requirements available on Nintendo’s site.
