Following several previous delays, the game is now scheduled to launch on November 13, 2025, for the Nintendo Switch, the forthcoming Switch 2, and additional platforms.
This marks a shift from the previously announced release window of August 21, 2025.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is the latest entry in the popular series from Level-5, a studio acclaimed for its engaging RPGs and sports titles.
The decision to extend development follows internal assessments revealing that the content volume has surpassed original expectations.
According to an official statement released on the game's social media channels, Level-5 explained that more time is needed to complete extensive voice recording sessions, implement multi-language localization, and address other essential finalization processes.
"As we approach the final stages of development for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, the size and scope of the project have exceeded our early estimates.
Additional time is now required to handle voice work, multi-language localization, and various concluding tasks," the developer shared.
"To deliver the best quality experience to our fans, we have adjusted the release date.
We appreciate the strong support and patience from our community as we work toward launching the game."

That game saw rapid global adoption, achieving over 1.2 million worldwide cumulative sales within its early months on the Nintendo Switch eShop and other distribution channels.
Looking ahead, Level-5's focus remains on ensuring that Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road delivers a top-tier sports RPG adventure on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
