Nintendo Launches Creator’s Voice Series Spotlighting Hades II for Nintendo Switch 2

Nintendo has launched a fresh online series titled 'Creator’s Voice,' designed to give fans unprecedented access to the minds behind their favorite titles.

This interview and developer spotlight series aims to reveal how publishing and development partners build gameplay experiences that make full use of Nintendo’s upcoming console, the Nintendo Switch 2.

With the Nintendo Direct presentation and eShop growing ever more central to new game launches, Creator’s Voice arrives as a new channel for in-depth industry insights. The debut installment of Creator’s Voice featured a written interview with Hidetaka Miyazaki of FromSoftware, discussing the much-anticipated The Duskbloods.

Building on this momentum, the second edition delivered a video spotlight with Supergiant Games for Hades II, the hotly anticipated sequel to the award-winning rogue-like dungeon crawler, Hades.

In the video, studio veterans Amir Rao, Greg Kasavin, and Darren Korb unpack their approach to crafting this “bewitching sequel.” Supergiant Games describes Hades II as an ambitious evolution, promising players a larger, richer mythological world uniquely tailored for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 platforms.

With support for the handheld hybrid’s advanced, higher-definition display and responsive action targeting 60 frames per second, players can expect a seamless experience whether at home or on the go. Players take on the role of the immortal Princess of the Underworld and must conquer the forces of the Titan of Time.

Hades II builds on its predecessor with deeper storylines that dynamically adapt to each player’s achievements and setbacks.
