Good Smile Company Revives Kirby: Planet Robobot Nendoroid Figures for Nintendo Fans
Good Smile Company is celebrating Kirby's enduring popularity with the re-release of several fan-favorite Nendoroid figures, including the standout Robot Armor & Kirby Nendoroid based on the hit Nintendo 3DS game, Kirby: Planet Robobot.
This move comes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to bring back beloved collectibles for both longtime Nintendo enthusiasts and new fans alike.
Originally released in 2016 by HAL Laboratory, Kirby: Planet Robobot became one of the most acclaimed titles in the Kirby series on the Nintendo 3DS platform.
The title is renowned for its inventive gameplay, allowing players to pilot powerful robot suits and explore creative, mechanized levels across Dream Land.
Now, the spirit of the game returns to collectors’ shelves with Good Smile Company’s revived Nendoroid line.
The highlight of the new wave is the Robot Armor & Kirby Nendoroid figure, featuring the iconic Robobot Armor that Kirby utilizes in the game.
According to Good Smile Company’s official announcement, this highly detailed figure stands at approximately 15 centimeters in height and faithfully reproduces the unique robot design.
Kirby can be placed inside the armor, mirroring in-game action, and the Robobot suit boasts full articulation at all joints, enabling a range of dynamic poses.
In addition, fans will find special accessories included, such as a Planet Robobot version Kirby with a new faceplate inspired by the series box art, and a helmet part sized for the Nendoroid.
Priced at $56.99 USD (or equivalent in other regions), the Robot Armor & Kirby Nendoroid is slated for shipment in Q4 2025.
Alongside this centerpiece, Good Smile Company has also announced the re-release of other classic figures: Nendoroid Kirby and Nendoroid Waddle Dee, each available at $34.99 USD.
Pre-orders for all of these collectible figures are now open through the Good Smile Company eShop and select retailers.
Furthermore, the company confirmed the return of additional variants like Ice Kirby and Beam Kirby, broadening options for collectors looking to complete their Dream Land ensemble.
Kirby’s rich merchandising history has consistently drawn fan interest beyond just core titles on platforms like the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch.
Good Smile Company’s latest releases continue this tradition, serving as a testament to Kirby’s cultural impact and the ongoing collaboration between leading game developers and top-tier figure manufacturers.
