Level-5 has confirmed a direct sequel to Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, officially titled Inazuma Eleven: Bold Revolution.

The announcement follows the developer’s ongoing effort to expand the Inazuma Eleven franchise and arrives alongside other company news, including the reveal of Professor Layton and the Curious Village Remake.

The most concrete information released so far is the introduction of a new playable character, Shane Starfall, also listed with the name Nagi Furuhoshi.

Level-5 has not provided further gameplay details, release windows, or confirmed platforms for Bold Revolution.

The previous Inazuma Eleven entry, Victory Road, shipped on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, but Level-5 has not said whether Bold Revolution will appear on the Nintendo Switch family, Nintendo eShop, or other platforms.

Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino addressed the new project and outlined the company’s communication plans.

Hino said the sequel’s title is Bold Revolution and that the studio will reveal additional story and gameplay details at the next Level-5 Vision showcase.

He noted that Shane Starfall will be another central protagonist whose unusual background will be integral to the narrative, and that the story will explore how Shane intersects with existing characters such as Destin, known in some materials as Unmei.

The announcement is intentionally sparse on technical details, but it signals Level-5’s continued investment in its sports-RPG series.

Fans and industry observers can expect more information during Level-5 Vision, where the studio typically presents new trailers, release information, and platform confirmations.

Separately, Level-5 used the same news window to reveal Professor Layton and the Curious Village Remake, expanding its slate of legacy and franchise titles.

For readers tracking Nintendo-related releases, keep an eye on Level-5 Vision and Nintendo Direct schedules for potential eShop listings, platform announcements, and launch dates for Bold Revolution and other upcoming Level-5 projects.
