Human: Fall Flat Surpasses Two Million Sales on All Platforms, Achieving Nintendo Switch eShop Milestone

Human: Fall Flat, the celebrated puzzle platformer from developer No Brakes Games, has reached a major sales milestone, with global sales surging past two million units across all platforms.

The title, published by Curve Digital, has enjoyed enduring popularity since its initial Early Access launch on Steam in 2016, eventually expanding to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and most recently, the Nintendo Switch, where it debuted in December 2017. A hallmark of indie game success, Human: Fall Flat quickly became a chart-topper, breaking into the top five on the Nintendo Switch eShop in key markets such as Europe, the United States, and Japan.

Its humorous, physics-driven gameplay has resonated with audiences worldwide, even placing among the top ten highest-selling games on the PlayStation Store in the US during December.

On Steam, Human: Fall Flat has consistently remained one of the most played titles, reinforced by its active community and frequent content updates. To celebrate the milestone of two million global sales, Curve Digital and No Brakes Games launched a 50% discount on the Steam version of the game starting February 15.

In addition, PC players received exclusive in-game skins—including a dog, commemorating the Chinese Year of the Dog, and Caishen, the Chinese god of wealth—in recognition of the Chinese New Year on February 16. "The journey of Human: Fall Flat has been both surprising and rewarding," commented Tomas Sakalauskas, the game's creator.

"What started as a solo development effort has grown into a global phenomenon involving millions of players.

I have always tried to incorporate fan feedback into new updates, as long as their ideas fit my original vision.

It’s truly remarkable to see this level of success." Curve Digital Managing Director Jason Perkins also celebrated the achievement, highlighting the studio's collaborative approach.

"We are extremely proud of Tomas, the Curve team, and the millions of players worldwide who enjoy Human: Fall Flat’s whimsical, physics-based gameplay.

Tomas has shown how dedication and community involvement can lead to great success, even in a competitive market." With its continued momentum and cross-platform appeal, Human: Fall Flat stands as a shining example of indie game achievement.

Players can expect ongoing support and updates as No Brakes Games and Curve Digital build on this foundation of accessible, hilarious, and memorable platforming gameplay.
