Natsume has released the first trailer for Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea and confirmed the game will launch on both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch on 24 September 2026.

The publisher also opened pre-orders through its official Natsume Store, offering platform-specific pricing and a physical pre-order bonus.

According to Natsume’s announcement and the newly published trailer, players begin life in Bloomfield Village before a strange mist originating from the Forest of Echoes brings unusual threats to the region.

The publisher says the mist coincides with increased monster activity and a series of natural disasters that imperil towns across Teradea.

Players are invited to explore a large, living world that includes hidden caves, remote islands, and multiple towns as they build a farm, form relationships, and investigate the darkness at the heart of the story.

Natsume has outlined the game’s core features in detail.

Echoes of Teradea emphasizes massive open-world exploration with diverse biomes and maze-like caves containing ores and gems.

The title includes a romance and relationship system with 10 marriage candidates—five bachelors and five bachelorettes—enabling players to pursue partner-focused storylines.

An expanded animal companion system allows players to travel with creatures that grant unique traversal and utility abilities, from breaking obstacles to accessing hidden areas.

Movement and survival systems are also being expanded: players can jump, climb ladders, and scale vines, and can set up campsites to rest, recover stamina, and cook meals.

The game features collectible Power Statues that present short challenges; freeing Power Wisps yields Power Wisp Fruits that can be exchanged at the Forest Goddess Statue to increase stamina and unlock abilities.

Pre-orders are currently available from the Natsume Store, priced at £46.00 (excluding shipping) for Nintendo Switch 2 and £38.00 (excluding shipping) for Nintendo Switch.

Orders placed through the store include a baby wolf Lupo plush tied to the Bloomfield Guardian as a physical pre-order bonus.

Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea will be sold at retail and digitally via the Nintendo eShop worldwide on 24 September 2026.
