Nacon and Eden Games have officially announced that Gear.Club Unlimited 3 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2, with a planned release window set for winter.
Building on the franchise’s history and popularity among racing game enthusiasts on Nintendo hardware, this latest entry brings a host of new features and improvements designed specifically for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 platform.
Gear.Club Unlimited 3 is the newest chapter in the series that first launched on the original Nintendo Switch.
Citing its tradition of accessible yet deep gameplay, Nacon highlighted that the third entry ups the ante with two strikingly different environments.
Players will be able to race along the sun-soaked stretches of the Mediterranean coast and take on the challenging, twisty roads of mountainous Japan—settings that are both visually impressive and designed to test player skill.
A notable addition to Gear.Club Unlimited 3 is the all-new “Highway” mode.
This feature introduces players to high-speed racing while navigating dense traffic, offering exciting and adrenaline-fueled moments that expand the franchise’s gameplay variety.
In addition, the game carries forward its tradition of including over 40 officially licensed cars, delivering authenticity and a broad selection for fans of real-world motoring brands.
Gear.Club Unlimited 3 also offers a comprehensive career mode, enabling players to immerse themselves in a structured progression system packed with challenges, objectives, and unlockable content.
According to an official statement from Nacon, the game is “built for accessible fun and gameplay, offering instant driving enjoyment for all player types.” This philosophy underscores the developer’s commitment to providing both newcomers and racing veterans with engaging experiences across all skill levels.
The Gear.Club Unlimited series, developed by Eden Games and published by Nacon, has carved out a niche in the racing genre on Nintendo platforms since its debut.
The switch to the Nintendo Switch 2 will allow the development team to leverage stronger hardware capabilities, aiming to deliver enhanced visuals, improved performance, and seamless gameplay.
While an exact release date has yet to be announced, Nacon confirmed that additional details, including the firm launch date, will be shared with the community in the coming months.
