Fitness Boxing 3 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Confirmed for July 16, 2026

Imagineer has confirmed Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will arrive on July 16, 2026.

The developer said Nintendo will publish the title outside Japan, and the release targets the new Nintendo Switch 2 hardware with improved graphics and new online-adjacent social features.

According to Imagineer, the Switch 2 edition introduces a Camera Play function that uses a USB camera to display the player’s image on-screen.

This lets users compare their form to the instructor in real time, enabling immediate corrections and safer workouts.

Imagineer framed the feature as a way to provide direct, visual feedback during training sessions.

Multiplayer has been expanded with a Shared Communication Battle mode that supports up to four local players.

Imagineer described two play options within the mode: Score Battle, where up to four people nearby compete for the highest score, and Sudden Death, a knockout-style rule in which a single mistake can eliminate a player.

The developer emphasized the social intent, saying the mode is designed so families and friends can share training progress and compete together.

For intensity and precision, Fitness Boxing 3 on Switch 2 will include a Boost Up Mode that raises beats per minute up to 200, and an Advanced Judgment Mode that offers finer detection of timing and speed.

Imagineer positioned these features as suitable for both newcomers and advanced players who want higher-intensity training and more exact input assessment.

Imagineer also confirmed upgraded visuals on Switch 2 made possible by the new hardware.

Regarding upgrade options, owners of Fitness Boxing 3 on the original Nintendo Switch will be eligible for an upgrade to the Switch 2 edition; Imagineer lists the upgrade price in Japan as 1,100 yen, with U.S. and other regional pricing to be announced.

Further details on distribution, potential Nintendo Switch 2 eShop listings, digital preorders, and region-specific pricing were not provided at the time of the announcement.

For now, the key confirmed facts remain the July 16, 2026 release date, developer Imagineer, Nintendo’s outside-Japan publishing role, and the headline features: Camera Play, Shared Communication Battle, Boost Up Mode, and Advanced Judgment Mode.
