Famitsu’s latest weekly sales tables for Japan show the Nintendo Switch 2 continuing to lead hardware sales, while a new baseball title debuts at the top of the software chart.
The data covers unit sales across current consoles and lists the top-performing software for the week, including weekly and cumulative totals where available.
Hardware — weekly snapshot and week-over-week movement
Famitsu reports the following hardware sales for the latest week:
- Switch 2 — 25,793 units
- PS5 Digital Edition — 6,610 units
- Switch Lite — 2,445 units
- Switch OLED — 1,831 units
- PS5 Pro — 1,257 units
- Nintendo Switch (original model) — 657 units
- PS5 — 317 units
- Xbox Series X Digital Edition — 329 units
- Xbox Series X — 129 units
- Xbox Series S — 117 units
Comparing those figures to the prior week, Switch 2 rose from 23,059 to 25,793 units (an increase of 2,734).
The PS5 Digital Edition saw a small decline from 6,731 to 6,610 units.
Several Switch SKUs — Switch Lite and Switch OLED — decreased relative to the prior period, with Switch Lite falling from 4,099 to 2,445 and Switch OLED from 2,978 to 1,831.
Sony’s PS5 Pro moved from 1,644 to 1,257 units week-over-week.
Xbox Series X and Series X Digital Edition also recorded lower numbers compared with the previous week, while the Xbox Series S was marginally higher.
