Ysbryd Games and indie developer brlka have officially announced that their unconventional horror platformer, Love Eternal, will launch digitally on the Nintendo Switch eShop worldwide in Q4 2025.

This much-anticipated title stands out in the indie lineup with its atmospheric world-building, gravity-flipping mechanics, and a harrowing narrative that subverts traditional platformer tropes. Set in a hauntingly surreal realm, Love Eternal follows protagonist Maya, who is left reeling after returning from a phone call to find her family vanished, her house in ruins, and her entire world warped into a desolate Iron Age-inspired landscape.

As Maya, players must navigate a crumbling labyrinthine castle, outmaneuver deadly hazards, and challenge a mysterious deity responsible for the abduction. Gameplay revolves around intense platforming sequences that demand precise timing and strategic planning.

Maya’s ability to flip gravity mid-jump is key to overcoming environmental traps such as perilous spikes and shifting laser patterns.
