AdHoc Studio has confirmed a physical release for Dispatch, scheduled for Q4 2026.
The developer says the launch will include a Standard Deluxe Edition and a Steelbook Edition marketed as the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition; the company also notes the physical product remains compatible with the original Nintendo Switch hardware.
This follows an update earlier in the summer from AdHoc Studio that reduced censorship on the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch versions of the game.
What’s being offered: Deluxe Edition and Steelbook Edition
AdHoc Studio describes the Deluxe Edition as the complete game on cartridge or disc bundled with all Deluxe upgrades and a package of supplementary materials.
The Deluxe box includes the full game (Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 Edition content), a digital artbook titled The Art of Dispatch with 100+ pages of concept art, four digital comics totaling over 45 pages, a digital original soundtrack download code, a 16-page printed booklet called SDN’s Guide to Dispatching, and a double-sided Mecha Man poster.
The developer has clarified that the artbook and comics are digital and English-only.
The Deluxe Edition carries a suggested retail price of $49.99.
AdHoc Studio said the Steelbook Edition contains identical contents to the Deluxe Edition but is packaged in a SteelBook case produced by Scanavo with in-house box art from AdHoc Studio’s art team.
The Steelbook Edition is priced at $59.99 SRP, with a possible slight delay versus the standard Deluxe Edition depending on manufacturing timelines.
Dispatch: The Album (3xLP)
The full Dispatch soundtrack will be released as a 3xLP vinyl set through Lost In Cult Records.
The set, pressed as 12", 140g records, pairs the original score by Andrew Arcadi and Skyler Barto with licensed tracks from contributors listed by the label.
Two vinyl colorways are available: a Prime Black Edition and an Astral Variant with three colored discs tied to character motifs.
Lost In Cult lists the price at £59.99 and is handling pre-orders, with the first 500 Astral sets including a certificate of authenticity signed by composer Andrew Arcadi.
