Fireshine Games and developer Undercoders have released Denshattack on Nintendo Switch 2, accompanied by a launch trailer that went live with the game's release.

The off-the-rails action-adventure platformer is available today on the Nintendo eShop and presents a colorful, high-energy take on vehicular acrobatics and arena-style rivalries.

Denshattack challenges players to become the greatest acrobatic train driver in Japan across more than 60 vibrant stages.

Players engage in a mix of racing, tricking, boss fights and objective-based missions while facing a cast of rival gangs and opponents.

The game blends the rebellious energy of skateboarding culture with underground and traditional Japanese aesthetics, offering both time-attack and combat-oriented encounters that reward creative movement and upgrades.

In a launch statement, Fireshine Games and Undercoders confirmed that Denshattack is now available on Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo eShop.

The studio-supported announcement was accompanied by a trailer showcasing the game's stage variety, enemy types and the signature physics-driven train maneuvers players will use to climb the ranks.

The setting is a vibrant but dystopian near-future Japan where the wealthy have retreated into sealed domes and the wasteland below is governed by gangs.

Progression in Denshattack involves collecting upgrades, customizing performance and confronting escalating challenges as players move through regional circuits and boss encounters.

Denshattack's soundtrack is a standout feature, curated by Kid Katana and featuring contributions from prominent composers in gaming.

Tee Lopes, known for work on Sonic Mania and TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, is joined by Ryo Nagamatsu (Splatoon series, Mario Kart series), Richard Jacques (Jet Set Radio series) and Takenobu Mitsuyoshi (Daytona USA, Sega Rally Championship), delivering a score designed to match the game's kinetic, controlled-chaos gameplay.

The launch trailer provides the clearest look yet at Denshattack's mechanics and style.

The game is available now on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2.
