Astrodogs Physical Release Announced for Nintendo Switch by Limited Run Games

Limited Run Games has officially announced it will publish a physical edition of Astrodogs for the Nintendo Switch, marking a significant addition to the library of collectible indie titles on the platform.

Astrodogs, developed by Dynamic Media Triad, initially launched on the Switch eShop in April 2022 and quickly garnered attention for its intense dogfighting action and unique cast of canine heroes. This physical release sets itself apart from many of Limited Run Games’ previous offerings.

Unlike the typical ESRB-labeled North American editions, the Astrodogs physical edition will feature PEGI certification for Europe.

However, the publisher confirms that the cartridge will remain region-free and fully compatible with all Nintendo Switch models worldwide, ensuring fans from any region can enjoy the boxed version. Limited Run Games further announced that availability will be highly restricted, limiting the offering to only 3,000 copies.
